Terms & Conditions

GENERAL
As stated in the ‘About Us’ it is Premier Soccer UK’s mission to deliver a well organised league with suitable discipline that enables players to have an enjoyable experience playing competitive football. For us to fulfil this mission we need ‘Terms & Conditions’ that are acceptable to everyone.
Premier Soccer UK build into their Terms & Conditions match fees and in some instances charges for cancellations or teams leaving the league because the equipment, prizes, referees and venues are commitments for the whole season and in some cases paid in advance.
We understand that because of holidays, change of circumstances, etc., there are times when teams will cancel that scheduled league match or will want to leave the league. To ensure fairness any team can cancel a scheduled league match without a charge when following term & condition 9. and any team can leave the league without a charge when following Term & Condition 17.
Premier Soccer UK encourage teams when required to use Terms & Conditions 9 and 17 so they do not incur any charges.
